With all our work we attach great importance to responding to the different emotional feelings of people - from the agricultural engineer to the roast master to the Schärf Barista, our entire team is in action. Within our company, this holistic performance is primarily composed of the highest quality products, our visionary technologies, the architecturally vital ambience and the accompanying visualization of graphics and design. We invite people to communicate via the stimulant coffee - for the direct coexistence in serenity and peace.

DIRECT TRADE: FAIR PRICES FOR FARMER
For the most part, we buy directly from the farmer in the small specialty segment, with no middlemen and without stock exchange trading. Thus farmers automatically receive higher coffee prices than those on the world market. Good cooperation, direct procurement and contact with farmers are very important to us. Likewise, mutual understanding and trust as well as our shared passion for coffee are important prerequisites for ensuring the highest coffee quality.

QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY: A QUESTION OF GIVING
In all our actions, the people and the quality of our products are our top priority. According to this principle, we work and trade in coffee.
